Can I adjust the cable on my pendant?
All of our Pendant and Canopy ranges come with an adjustable cable as standard, this allows you to shorten and lengthen the cable to fit with your ceiling height. Adjusting the length of the pendant can be done through the ceiling rose. Instructions:
Can I use a lampshade with Tala pendants?
Our pendants are not suitable for use with lampshades. Our bulbs however can be used in fixtures that include shades, provided that the specifications and cap size are appropriate for the fixture.

These have only been tested with our pendants, and we do not have a confirmed maximum tested weight as of yet. The maximum weight will also depend heavily on the ceiling construction and attachments used, so please confirm with your installation team

This should stop the twist in the cable pulling the fixture to one side. If you don’t want to mess with the wiring, you can try the following first:. Please note, cables will straighten over time due to the weight of the bulb.
My Wake Lamp alarm turns on quite brightly and feels distracting. Is this normal?
Yes, this is normal. When the alarm activates, the lamp turns on at a slightly brighter level than the minimum due to how the device manages power. Once it’s on, you can dim the light to a lower level if desired.
