My Muse lamp will not turn on - how can I fix this?Updated 10 days ago

1. Ensure that the bulb is screwed in fully, and the bottom tip of the bulb cap is touching the pin at the base of the lamp - this is what transfers the power to the bulb. Also, avoid over-tightening the bulb when screwing in, as you will notice that the bulb will not sit straight, potentially causing the connection to be missed.
2. Check that the lamp is fully charged - the charge level can be confirmed by pressing the small black button on the back of the lamp base, which will illuminate the battery indicator x4 LEDs.
