My Muse lamp is no longer charging - what can I do?Updated 12 days ago

We’re sorry to hear that your Muse Lamp isn’t holding charge - here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try:

  1. Please make sure that you are using the same charging cable that came with the lamp. If you have lost or damaged the original cable, the charging lead required is a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. Our wireless charger can also be used if this is preferred. The charging port is not designed for phone or laptop smart chargers.
  2. Make sure when you are using the charging cable, the wall plug is at least 5V 2 Amp. If there is still an issue, replacement batteries can be found on our site in our accessories section, or, alternatively, please contact our customer care team for further advice and assistance.
