My Muse lamp is no longer charging - what can I do?Updated 12 days ago
We’re sorry to hear that your Muse Lamp isn’t holding charge - here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try:
- Please make sure that you are using the same charging cable that came with the lamp. If you have lost or damaged the original cable, the charging lead required is a USB-A to USB-C charging cable. Our wireless charger can also be used if this is preferred. The charging port is not designed for phone or laptop smart chargers.
- Make sure when you are using the charging cable, the wall plug is at least 5V 2 Amp. If there is still an issue, replacement batteries can be found on our site in our accessories section, or, alternatively, please contact our customer care team for further advice and assistance.
