Try the following steps:
- Check for firmware updates: This issue is often resolved by updating the firmware in the Tala app. Go to Device Menu > Update and install any available updates.
- Reinstall the app: Remove the device from the app, then delete and reinstall the app before setting it up again.
- Factory reset: If the issue persists, perform a factory reset on both the device and the app:
- On the lamp: Press the base > Settings > Factory Reset > Confirm
- On the app: Open the app and select the option to remove data or clear cache
