My product has stopped working?Updated a month ago

If there is an issue with one of your products and the item is within our 2 year warranty period, we can look to repair or replace, free of charge.

If your order was purchased from directly from us on 01 November 2025 and onwards, your item/s is/are covered by our extended 3 year warranty.

Please send a short description of the issue and a photo or video outlining this to [email protected] along with your order number and we will be able to assist you. 

Please note if you have purchased through a third party seller or retailer any replacement will need to be organised through them.
